"This institution is a joke. First of all Julie is about the rudest person I've ever spoken to and offers nothing but arrogant retorts if you call for assistance. Not sure how someone so callus was promoted in a customer service position but I'd never choose to do business with them again strictly because of her"
"I have had nothing but trouble with the bank. It's been a trouble to get a limit upped to get groceries and pay bills the same day. They haven't helped me but One time. I think I will be looking for a new bank who helps their customers instead of treating me like I owe them. What a shame I used to use them a couple of years ago and now I'm embarrassed to tell people I bank with them."
"I went there around noon 1/3/20 to the drive up service. There were three lanes open and I was the only car occupying a lane during my entire transaction which lasted twelve minutes. As soon as I sent my transaction through the tube a voice came on the speaker stating someone would be with me in a few minutes. Apparently they have a tube answering service. Seven minutes passed and the voice asked me how I'd like my cash back and I answered no large bills such as $100 dollar bills. The voice acknowledged. Another five minutes passed and the tube came back with the voice telling me I'm suppose to have a nice day. I got the envelope out of the tube and to my chagrin there's a $100 bill as part of my transaction. I promptly put the envelope back in the tube and sent it. The voice asked me how could they be of service. I explained to the voice my response when specifically asked how I'd like my cash returned to me, and yet an error occurred. The voice said they were sorry and finally got the tube back to me without any large bills. Mind you; as I stated, I was the ONLY vehicle in a drive up lane during my entire miserable interaction with this banking facility. This is customer service at its utmost worst. They might want to check the building for a gas leak or marijuana use (since now its legal in IL) because people working at 2750 N Vermilion in Danville, IL are having extreme difficulties doing an entry level workforce job. I'm hoping there was a TV camera somewhere and I was part of the show. This is a warning to anyone seeking a positive experience with customer service. Stay away from 2750 N Vermilion. It only reiterates the fact there's a dumbing down of America, and it's alive and well at this bank location!"
"Do not bank here. These people are the most misinformed people on the planet. They will tell you that there are IRS fees to close IRA accounts which is completely not true. If you bank here make sure you seek legal counsel before they do anything to your accounts otherwise you will end up with actual IRS penalties. DO NOT BANK HERE AND DO NOT TALK TO THIS BANKER."
"I called and spoke with their Branch Operations Coordinator, Kim Hopkins this morning. I was interested in opening an account, she was so nice and explained everything very thoroughly over the phone! I told her I was hoping to go to the bank during my lunch because my work schedule is a little crazy, and she was awesome and took enough information over the phone and started up the paperwork for me, so when I got there, all I had to do was sign papers! She quickly went over everything with me and I was all done. I'm so thankful for her, she made sure to work with me and get me exactly what I needed."
