On the 3rd I visited them again and asked if they ordered them because I didn't see the charge taken off my balance. They looked and said the checks had been ordered. Now it's the 7th and the balance is still the same. It certainly is taking a long time to ship my checks. I won't be recommending Vibrant to my friends based on this first week of service."

I have been a credit union customer for around 25 years with a couple of credit unions that rendered exceptional customer service, and were eventually acquired by Vibrant. Since Vibrant took over, I have had several issues where I questioned the customer service and felt undervalued. Today was the absolute final straw. It is not the first time that I would proactively call before proceeding with a transaction--only to be told something different in the long run. I have had the poorest service of any financial institution I have ever dealt with to date."
