"I went into this business not expecting to be helped because I had called and gone to other places and they could not figure out what was going on with my remote starter. The owner asked me to tell him everything that was going on, while I spoke he listened exactly to what I said. He wasn't trying to help me tell my story, like those other places, he actually listened to me! He did some troubleshooting and before I knew it, he connected my fob to my car doors and remote starter!
