"They're supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. however, I sat in the drive through from 6:03 a.m. until 6:16 a.m. and still no one came to the speaker to take my order. I smelled foid in the air and everything and still no service. I then went to the one on 110 E 95th and they took my order right away. This is my 2nd time here with this type of issue. I'll never go here again. Simple. I advise you not to either."

"This was my very first time coming to this area with such an enthusiastic employee!! Yolanda was so bright and energetic even in the evening time. You could hear her energy through the drive thru speaker. This will literally be the only BK I come to when I’m in the area. If she isn’t a manager already, I honestly don’t understand why not! And not to mention, everything was fresh."
