"I would leave zero stars if i could my phone was working completely fine until i took it to this place for a cracked screen nothing else was wrong with my phone i went in 8/19 before my trip and now here we are 9/6 and my phone is not working they keep talking about turn your phone on and off and my screen is completely black then proceeded to tell me that i will have to pay again for new screen because any amount of pressure could have damaged it keep in mind i have always slept with my device in my bed and when i picked up my device they ddnt say oh youu can't sleep with ur device anymore or tell me that they did not offer waranty which i think is just a straight up scammm! please save ur monrey and take ur phone to a reputable place because they will for sure screw you over i have no cracks or nothing on my screen no scratches went from oh you dropped your phone to now its the pressure from me sleeping with my phone in my bed like gtfo here im def reporting them they have horrible cst service and no empathy its def a cash grab"
"They fixed my phone screen but afterwards the outer camera doesn’t work anymore, they proceeded to replace the screen again and then claimed it doesn’t work due to water damage.. weird because the phone has never been damaged from the outer camera. They replaced the screen so I’ll give them the one star but it’s a little sketchy for a camera that was working perfectly fine to now be broken. All I’m going to say is make sure you check your phone right in front of them afterwards because who knows if people are honest anymore.."

Frank also assisted me on other products in the store. He was very kind and thoughtful for all the assistance. I would recommend this store for anyone who needs a new phone or assurance on products. His work is fast and makes sure everything is update with no issues."
