"They sold my son a car that was not safe to drive. Would not give the money back. Keeps giving him unsafe cars in exchange. So far he was given 6 cars that should not be sold. The last car the engine locked up. Plus he still doesn't have a title and it's been almost 5 months. They are unreliable and should not be in business."

"Andrew (one of their inexperience staff) tried to sell me a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that had a faulty motor. He refused to negotiate pricing when I enquired about the vehicle’s reliability and hung up the phone when I asked to speak with anyone who was more qualified. Not an approachable environment at all. My choice is avoid."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is Probably the worst place I have ever bought a car from. Not only do they have unprofessional service- they sold me a car that had two flat tires and Scott tried to accuse me of slashing the tires out because it was just too “ironic” that both back tires were out when there while property is gravel so of course there is something bound to get caught in the tires.just when I thought that I just needed the tires fixed, I found out from a mechanic that they sold me a car with no stabilizer bar! So the whole back of my car was moving side to side while I drove and I had no control over my car. Then Abe had the audacity to tell me not having the stabilizer bar wasn’t a life or death situation when my car was swerving in and out lanes no matter how hard I tried to keep straight. Then when I went in there to get refunded $20 because I had to pay for something that wasn’t my fault Abe decided to tell me that I “must have really needed it and been struggling for me to go in there for a refund of $20.” Who says that to a customer? That is extremely rude and uncalled for especially with not knowing peoples situation. He wasn’t talking about my finances when I first came for the services to buy a car from him. He would not let me exchange the car or get a refund for the car. Now my car will not start at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!!!! Once I pay this car off, I can not wait to be away from them and tell everyone not to go there. Ladies, please do not go there alone- bring a male who knows what they are talking about or they will take advantage of you and make a car sounds better than what it is and sell it tobyou and once you have problems- they want nothing to do with it and lie to say you were the one that caused the problem and that is when their true colors will show!"
