"There are auto parts stores all over Kankakee, Illinois. I needed a particular oil wrench for my John Deere Lawn tractor. Called John Deere and they didn't have it. Called other auto parts stores with no luck. I went to two Big Box stores and checked out their "Auto Parts" areas and still no luck. I call NAPA in Manteno as a last resort and they had what I needed. Enough said!"
