"My experience with Wiener Works Danville has consistently been positive since they opened, and today was no exception. We decided to dine in, and the nostalgic atmosphere, featuring 90s memorabilia from companies like Kmart, Blockbuster, APL, and KB Toys, made for a delightful trip down memory lane. The owner was working today and was both friendly and inviting. He shared that he opened Wiener Works out of nostalgia, as it was a cherished part of his childhood with his parents. It’s clear he’s dedicated to replicating the original experience as closely as possible, and he’s almost there! Today, I tried the sauerkraut dog, and it was fantastic—just like I remembered from my teenage years. Wiener Works was a significant part of my childhood; my dad and I used to visit regularly. Thank you for bringing this beloved place back to our town and for continuing to do such great work."

"We had wiener works tonight and it was just as I remembered it. The chili cheese footlong was excellent and the French fry delight was amazing! The whole family enjoyed it! We will be going back!"

"The footling hot dog was little and tasted like it been in water all day. The chili sauce tasted old and burnt. The fries was over cooked and cold. The onion rings was over cooked and cold. Hot dog nuggets over cooked and cold. French fry delight was big but fries was over cooked and cold. We even ate in the restaurant and all the food was bagged up and smashed inside the bag. Drinks was fountain and tasted ok. You have you order at the bar and pick up the food at the bar. $43.00 a big waste of money."

"I’m giving 5 stars because 4.5 isn’t an option and my review is solely based on my tastes. That being said, I thought everything had a bit of a sweet taste to it and I just wasn’t the biggest fan of that. However, if you enjoy sweeter based chili/batter, then you’d love this! It was also rather overloaded with cheese and chili but again, if you like the extra liquid, you’d love it!"
