"Today the laundry mat caught on fire and I stead of the owner helping customers. He disrespected his staff claimed it wasn't his fault and also complained about how much money he lost. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience I was told "ain't no insurance ain't no claim there's nothing you can do" then proceeded to get irritated and tell me "do I know how much he's losing what am I losing a couple hours" we definitely had words. Unacceptable behavior!!!!!"
