"Here for a drug screen for a new job. Couldn't provide enough pee, so they made me drink faucet water and it was literally hot water. I had to ask for cold. They need to provide bottled water to people who don't pee enough for a drug screen. I haven't drank faucet water in 30+ years!! It's cancer water. Waiting room is freezing cold, so now I'm swimming in 50 oz of faucet water and sitting in a refrigerator, waiting for my body to provide enough urine to Pee in a cup for a test that I know I will pass. I'd rather they draw blood than go through this stupidly again"

"Takes so long. I literally am here for an appointment to be made and it has been 1 hr JUST to get a appointment made for a future date. I can’t believe I have to come back here for a physical. I wonder how long that will take"

"The staff is friendly but having an appointment means nothing. I waited 4 1/2 hours for X-rays. Just be ready to wait. I also waited an hour in the backroom for the doctor. They said you dont need a mask but there's signs everywhere saying you do."

"I went in for a pre employment drug screen, there was no one waiting and yet I still waited for over 40 mins just to take a urine test. There is no reason for this delay. The staff ignores clients and talks and eats while people wait unnecessarily."

"2 stars because the staff was friendly, but waited over 30 minutes for an employment drug screen with only 2 people ahead of me. The facility appeared clean. My only other qualm besides the wait time was the tissue in the bathroom where the screening was done was open to air.... that makes me cringe"
