"Made an appointment for my newborn over the phone and was given an appointment time and date, I was also told I would receive a text of appointment details. Although I did not receive a text I arrived for my appointment just to be told I was never scheduled, and treated as though I was delusional and the phone call to schedule said appointment never took place. I was warned by a family member not to even go to this pediatricians office but I disregarded their opinion to form my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, if the very simple basics of a medical office cannot be executed effectively and professionally I would rather steer clear even if the doctor may be great. The carelessness is very unfortunate especially when your purpose is to serve parents and children."

"Dr. Hughes is amazing. She has been caring for my 7 month old since birth. She is very personable, attentive and thorough. You can tell she really enjoys her profession. There has only been two times that the wait was long and it was because there were sick babies that came in before us. The nurse at the front desk made sure to check in with us as much as possible and apologized for the wait. Whenever I call, someone always answer. I would highly recommend"
