"While I definitely appreciate the service this Engine provides for the community. SOMEONE needs to instruct the young lady Directing traffic due to an 18 Wheeler having his hazards on going east bound on 119th ....she needs to learn how to talk to people. A 18 Wheeler had his hazards on a white truck was in the opposite lane going east bound and everyone went around the semi....when it got to me the last car in the back this fire fighter stops me and tells the semi with hazards on to go and shakes her head and yells and tells me to wait when she just let 12 other cars go. I didn't appreciate her tone or her mannerisms in addressing me. Clearly the issue was the Semi sitting in with Hazards on blocking traffic. It's a way to speak to people. Mrs. Stennett"
