"I visit this location often. Michelle has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. I've seen her deal with extremely rude costumers and maintain her composure and professionalism. It's a shame that the clerks get blamed for things that are out of their control."

"I just left this location. It should be shut down. They have NO stamped or plain letter envelopes for sale. After expressing my shock and disappointment, new 3-month clerk (SELF-IMPOSED TITLE) Michelle was absolutely rude, ignorant, and unhelpful. It's definitely NOT the service I'm used to at this location. MICHELLE should take her NEW abrasive manner to a larger facility where she can learn customer service skills from GOOD, not just NEW. clerks"

"What is the point of having a PO Box and informed delivery, if I get an email or a notice that a package is delivered it's never at this location. I'm always told that it's in transit from the other location, yet it's marked delivered. I had 2 packages show up 2 days after it was marked delivered and I'm not blaming the clerk at this location because she always does her job and I feel that she is overwhelmed but I hear other customers saying the same thing. So this is a post office issue! I know that I can file a claim for missing packages but if it says that it was delivered it should be available on the day of delivery!"
