"WHEN I ARRIVED THE LINE WAS PRETTY LONG AND THE WAIT WAS LONG AS WELL AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY."
"Horrible service. Dr yetura does not call for phone appointments. No one at the place actually knows whats going on, like if they are doing telehealth visits or zoom. No one is ever on time, and they dont call to update that they are running behind. No matter how many times you update contact information they will NEVER contact you correctly and eveyone says something different. My grandmother had a telehealth appoitnment, they missed it, she ended up going to the hospital. When she was realsed the doctor was paged for follow up orders/medications, they never followed up, she had to be admitted again. Now she had an appointment today at 130. Made the appointment a week ago, they said they werent seeing pts and someone would call us to follow up with how the appointment would be. Of course no one followed up. They still have not called for her appointment and it is almost 2 hours later. You can only hope and pray that there is nothing your family needs immediately for their health, other wise you will be back in the hospital. Would give ZERO stars if i could. Go to a diffent group. So i called waited 25 minustes, got put throught to the office that hung up. Called back whated another 20 minutes talked to someone who couldnt get me any information about why appointment was missed, call times ect., i asked to speak to a manager. Got put on hold then they hung up."
"I have never waited less than an hour to get called back. Then they get you in the exam room and you sit for another hour. Two hours of my life I will never get back today. I am not returning."
"The checkin is ridiculous. 1 person for a line of ppl. Then they are not friendly on the 2nd floor, the 1st floor check in is ok. Then they are steadily canceling appointments, then blaming it on a new system. But somehow you get the reminder call the day before. My husband has just got out hospital, we called to get an earlier appointment before the 12/6. We were informed that the 6th was fine. He was out hospital 11/22/18. Now they want me to reschedule when we already waiting longer than his home nurse & hospital recommended. No I won't be rescheduling due to advocates incompetence. & we won't be seeing another doctor other than Hayes-Sharpely (who loves to throw pills at the problem, she has had my diabetic husband on prednisone for 4 months), but she knows his case & we need paperwork from her about his disability for his job. After today I will be finding my husband another doctor & facility. Now they want me to wait until nurses get out of a huddle"
