"Order DoorDash and only had one very simple tuna salad sandwich and order was messed up.. I called and the associate didn’t care that my order was messed up at all .. I am at work and not leave to get a new sandwich so I now have to sit and pick through my sandwich to be able to eat it ! As a former potbelly employee in leadership I know the standards and they unfortunately were not met."

"Against my better judgment, I ordered two sandwiches off the app on a BOGO day. Not only was my order wrong, but the chicken inside of my chicken club was COLD! And my other sandwich was completely wrong. I am very disappointed and I WILL be reaching out for a refund."

"The order is never accurate at this location. I purposely have to go to other potbelly’s because they just can’t take a correct order to save their lives. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive thru, in store or carry out. Each method has always been wrong and adding toppings that you ask not to. Also, management does not do a great job at being solution based. They are very nonchalant about the wrong orders and then want you to stand back in line instead of mediating the issue immediately. I was excited about a potbelly coming to the neighborhood but now back to square one supporting other potbelly’s because the employees can’t simply listen, read or show an ounce of professionalism."

"If you love Potbelly, just go to any other location but this one. At least if you’re ordering delivery. I guess their deliveries are fulfilled by DoorDash so when my driver got here, I noticed he didn’t give me my Oreo shake and a bag of chips was missing from my order. I called the driver he said they never gave him the shake. I called the store and the “manager” keeps telling me he knows the employee gave the shake to the driver. Doesn’t explain the bag of chips missing from my order… I bet he’s also so “sure” he saw the employee put that in bag also, right? Offer solutions instead of trying to place blame. I don’t care who forgot my shake and chips but I would’ve been a lot happier if the manager would have started off by offering a solution instead of continuously trying to blame the driver. Completely turned me off from wanting to order here again."

"Every-time I ordered my food here they will add something that I said “NO TO ADD” this is third time already it’s very frustrating!!!. I was about to go back today when I get my food but I’m really exhausted from work so I just didn’t eat my food I ordered! I just don’t get it if customer said No mushroom Do not add mushroom or no toppings!!It’s very clear how I ordered my food and simple. I will never ever go back here or recommend this place at all. Hope management will train this people for simple instructions! Smh!!If I can give you all ZERO STAR ⭐️ I WILL!!"
