Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"Lady in the black shirt, I wouldn't categorize her as a manager, definitely lacked customer service skills. Although she did ask to take my order and I told her it was already taken, ten minutes later that's as far as it went. A family of 6 came in after me placed their order got their food and drinks while I was still standing there patiently. After a few words with the lady in the black shirt, she told me that she didn't care how this establishment looks or how dirty it it because "It's not my store!" And to totally discredit my patience as "All this time, you're just standing there looking crazy!" I've worked at many fast food restaurants and I have children her age the nerve of her. Total humiliation! I always considered this franchise home based hard working with Family values. Thats the impression I get when I bring my Family, dine in and look at all the work/pictures that was put into this foundation. My experience today was totally the opposite of a warm Family started restaurant atmosphere! And I have been coming here since they came to this Homewood location. Place was terribly filthy glad I went into the lobby instead of drive thru."

"Had the occasion to visit this location several weeks ago. A little disappointing. The dining was a tad bit filthy. The tables, floor and counter where the pop dispenser is located had pop spillage. The staff too busy have a good time joking and laughing."

"Every time I order from the store, they just give me whatever they wanna give me they never make my sundae correct, not ever! And this time they just concocted some nasty mess that doesn't even make sense to put together. And when I order a large the topping amounts equate to a regular so what's the point of paying$17 for plain vanilla ice cream. But point taken, I won't order from here again."

"Stopped in for a burger and was pleasantly surprised that it was slow during a weekend around early dinner time! Had a nice burger and the cashier was helpful in explaining what I could add in. Restaurant was clean and food was great, the shoestring fries i guess I have to get used to? They seemed a bit over done or over oily. I’ll visit again."

"It's an average burger nothing really special about it. My daughter did get the burger lettuce wrap and did enjoy it. Not somewhere I would think to go if I was really craving a good burger but it wasn't terribly memorable."
