"I had a alternator replaced at this location. And they charged me $400.00 to have this done. I ran my air conditioner on a hot day and my car started sounding loud and the best way I can describe it what I was feeling is that it was making a hard pulling sound. Come to find out they put a very low voltage alternator. Some junk for $ 400.00. Don't TAKE YOU VEHICLES TO THIS SHOP. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!"
"Brought my car to this shop Monday, on July the 22nd from around 2:55PM to 3:30PM. I've been dealing with an exhaust sound-related problem I've found out myself for a few days and when my car was being inspected for any signs of damage, they claimed it was the flex pipe and tried to charge me $250 in total ($130 for the part, $120 for labor). I refused to believe so because the problem was existent at low RPMs when the engine is at operating temperatures. Never showed me to the bay where my car was at nor that I've been shown, so I tried to get out of here as soon as I could. The three other shops I went to have all told me the right muffler was busted and I've found out recently that there was a big hole on it, leaking out gases and everything. Mind you I drive a V6, not a 4-banger. I'd give this place less than 1 star "if" I wanted to. Can't run a mechanic shop and can't even diagnose the problem correctly. I know classmates that'll find out what the problem was better than these "mechanics." I'll never bring my car into this place again. I hope this shop runs out of business."
"Do not take your car here! Fuel pump failed 3 times from this place. Improper documentation, refuse to give proper receipt. Refuse to refund $800. Their excuse is that they dont do electrical. This is after 3 installed fuel pumps and collecting my $800 and 3 times stranded. Do not go here."
"They're supposed to open at 8am. I sat there PATIENTLY 8:30 then the manager finally showed up he said he would open in 5 minutes. After waiting 10 additional minutes he still hadn't opened. I spoke to a mechanic through the open garage door and asked him to open the door. Without explanation or exchanging any words, The manager was rude, asked me to leave, and told me he has the right to refuse to give me service. I still don't know what set him off but they will never get my business again."
"I had a converter installed on my Tahoe last yr Feb. This yr I needed to go to emission. I don't pass so my client is a mechanic he looked under vehicle after he did a tune up and told me whoever did the converter work did a bad job with the welding so go back there. I called Velasquez and the lady said my warranty is expired. I explained what does a warranty have to do with the welding job your company did a lousy job on. I'm almost certain that nobody gets under their car after the converter is done to see if your company welded properly. Last year when I got the job done I did take my truck back after making it 20 blocks away and they kept my truck for 5 days only for me to call them and them telling me I needed an engine but said none of that when the $800 job was done for the converter. I'm driving with the same engine and there is a big hole which is allowing air in my exhaust which is causing my truck to sputter and gasp upon acceleration."
