"I went to this place to get insurance, of course, but my experience was off. I sat down with an associate and let her know that I only wanted liability on 1 of my old cars . She proceeded to scroll and click and ask me if I did any drop-off and / or delivery jobs, and I said yes. The associate did not show me what she was clicking on, and then she proceeded to ask for help from another associate. The other associate got right on the computer and started scrolling and clicking as well without a word. About 15 minutes went past, and the other associate told me they couldn't find me any insurance for the job I had. I explained to the other associate that I only wanted liability for an old car I have, not insurance for the job I do. She said ok and then started scrolling and clicking again. When she finished she told my insurance rates went up and told me it was a down payment of a little over two hundred dollars and a monthly payment of 75. The monthly payment was ok but the down payment was a bit much."
