"I am not sure what has happened to this location, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves. THE GOOD PART: My grandmother orders from this EVERY Friday night. She orders so much that the associates even acknowledge her by name and remembers her orders. She even tips the drivers as much as she can! THE PROBLEM: Last night(9/30/23) she ordered a 30 piece honey bbq(which she loves from this location) leg and thigh, and two gyro sandwiches. They charged my grandmother and didn’t even deliver her order. Today, (10/01/23), she called to ask for a refund or if they could even consider bringing her the order today instead. However, the associate only said you’ll “get it” in 30 minutes. She didn’t provide any clarification on whether my grandmother would be refunded, or if the food could be re-ordered. I just called at 8pm, and a man yelled at me saying that they have over 200 orders today, and will send it out in 30 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. It is truly pathetic how some establishments take advantage of elderly customers, who have been supportive throughout the years. When this location shuts down, I will not be surprised. I just hope that the innocent and honest employees receive better employment. The driver came out and brought the food, but they didn’t even tell her if the problem was settled. I pray and hope that she finds a better place to work for, she seemed really stressed and I don’t blame her at all! BOTTOM LINE: If you live in this area, ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM 103rd instead. The location on 103rd will NOT steal your money."

"Today was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered 30 wings and a 10 piece buffalo wing waited for 1hr and 30 minutes. The driver was very courteous. My problem is that a percentage of my wings were refried mix with a small portion fresh. Spent my last $32. So disappointed in the quality yet the seasoning was on point. I should have went with my first mind and use that money on a home cooked meal. Lesson learned. I was attracted to their delivery service."
