"I posted this to Yelp in 2016… There is an old cliche, "You only get 1 first impression." Well, the staff at this establishment left a very poor one with me. I noticed that there was a barber cutting hair in the dental chair across from where I was being examined! I needed a root canal on # 19. The dentist that worked on me (Chris Banks) broke a file off inside of my tooth! I had to schedule to be seen by an endodontist who said, "You could fill it and 10 years down the line you could get an abscess. Or, you could extract the tooth and just be done with it." I chose to extract the tooth, rather than risk losing it later on. I've had two other root canals before from other dentists have never had the problems that I had with the "competent professionals" at this office."

"In my early 20’s I was a patient of his ! I didn’t have adequate insurance… His staff consisted of young ladies and they seemed to be controlled by his unprofessional management! I wish I had known about the lawsuit which was filed against him! I was a victim of his sexual advances as a discount on my treatments!!! He should not be in business!!!"

"I went through the exact same experience as Camila Sofia Makhlouta Lugo! Wish I could have warned you! This has been the worst dental experience in my entire life!!! I am surprised he is still licensed!!! I tried to sue but the lawyer mysteriously dropped the case. I think he paid them off SMH!!!"

"I visited him years ago and he was the worst dentist I’ve ever gone too. I’m still traumatized from this rude, money grubbing physco. If you’re thinking about going here, run as fast as you can and don’t go to his son either because he’s just as bad."

"The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Was very condescending and the opposite of comforting, brought me to tears actually, and pretended that I wasn’t crying. I had an onlay that fell off and he put it back on (probably the most simple thing a dentist does; use dental cement). He did it in such a way in which I can’t bite down properly - it’s not properly aligned and worse, I feel a terrible sensitivity when I bite down (which I felt while he was putting the onlay back on - I showed visible signs of extreme discomfort and he did not once stop to ask me if i was ok). He did not clean my area or the onlay before putting it back on or warned me about cold water directly being applied to my exposed root. I told him I felt pieces of cement still in my tooth and he proceeded to gaslight me and tell me he had done nothing to that tooth “but that i can check anyways” - and proceeded to remove a huge chunk of dental cement HE APPLIED. of course, not before drilling down my tailor-made, quite expensive onlay- because he did not believe me when I told him my bite was off because of something in my tooth. He told me he couldn’t understand me with my hands in my mouth- ok I’m so sorry but I’m trying to show you what I mean (because you clearly didn’t understand). Also called a dental assistant to restrain my head because I was moving BECAUSE IT HURT SO BAD. Without of course letting me know he was going to do that- was a passive aggressive “could I get a dental assistant in here- the patient won’t stay still” as if I was under general anaesthesia and couldn’t hear what he was saying. HORRENDOUS experience. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Giving them 1 star because I can’t submit this review with 0"
