"This place probably operates fine. It’s just when I was in there tryna pick a machine free of EXCESSIVE fabric softener, a lady kept asking me if I needed help. I shoke my head no. She asked again I said no. Third time I shook my head. Then she said “attitude”. Well it wouldn’t seem that I have one if you weren’t asking the same question over and over and over again while getting the same answer EACH AND EVERY TIME. A pest works here. BEWARE."

"I just had the worst experience ever at this laundromat I was basically accused of stealing. Someone reported that I didn’t wash my clothes there and brought my wet clothes there to dry them for free.. the Manager was very rude and disrespectful !! I had to show her on the app that I indeed did pay and wash my clothes there."

"Been coming here the beginning of the year and I have had 0 problems so far. Not sure why a lot of people call the older white lady rude when she’s not. She’s just straightforward with her answers. I never seen her be rude to anyone and I come here weekly. Snacks and coffee are always set out during the day when I’m here (free) . It’s quite but busy at times but if you pay for a wash here you get the dryers free. I recommend splitting up into different dryers to dry your clothes bc even tho they are free they aren’t super heated so takes a couple rounds if you have them too packed. ANYWAYS I LOVE THIS PLACE LOL"

"I’m still in shambles by the way the workers(I don’t speak for all of them but one in particular) treats their customers but I just want to let the world know if you want to be treated like a criminal while doing something as simple as washing clothes GO HERE. the attitude and bedside manner of this woman employee is something I’ve never seen before idk if she’s got anger issues or what but she’ll take it out on whoever crosses her path. If you want the business to run smoothly I suggest finding a new employee that doesn’t run customers like myself off. There’s ways to talk to people and there’s ways to belittle them and she did just that. It’s already miserable washing clothes in general but it’s gotta be done but this woman made the entire experience miserable from the second I walked in. I don’t go out of my way posting reviews unless someone is incredibly kind or incredibly rude and this woman was the rudest so I’m warning my fellow laundry mat goers stay clear of here especially on weekend nights"

"I like this place. If you pay to wash, you can use the free dryers. I pay more for the big dryers because I love the way they dry my clothes. Only issue I have is the one attendant, Michelle, and her creepy husband. She has an attitude with me suddenly and I have been going there for more than a year. They both have an issue with personal space, and they play favorites with the guests. I prefer to go when Fran is scheduled, as the place is a whole lot cleaner and I found out she's a veteran (so the place is veteran friendly which is VERY IMPORTANT to me)."
