"Schaible's cleaning was hired for a DEEP cleaning of my parents new 2 bed/2 bath condo. They are in their 80's and couldn't do it themselves. I was too busy helping to clean out their house, so we thought this would be a good idea. The condo was very dirty from the previous owner, but it's only 1000 Sq Ft and there were 3 women cleaning. No furniture to deal with and one bathroom was never used, so pretty easy. They specifically asked us NOT to be there when they were working, which should have sent a red flag up for us. They charged my parents $996!!! They missed the stove top, inside of microwave, one side of a very stick microwave and cabinet. There was scotch tape on the kitchen counter and they missed it and see the attached pic of what the inside of the master bath toilet was left with... The did NOT do the grout lines in the kitchen and even though she told me they did when the floor was dry it looked NO different then before they came. They only did a quick vacuum and mopped, but did not DEEP clean. They never even touched the laundry room at all. They did a good job on the master shower, but that was pretty much it. For that kind of money the condo should have been spotless. They ripped off my elderly parents, so I'm very angry!! I would NOT use them for any deep cleaning or any other service!!!"
