SPENDING MONEY ON A BASKET FOR MY DAUGHTER AN DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED AT ALL THE BALLOONS WERE MISSING IT WAS NO CHOCOLATE ON THE STRAWBERRIES THE PRESENTATION WAS MESSY I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN."

"The former images posted were from the 24th and Oregon location. They have moved years ago to its current location at 2715 S Front St near the corner of Front and Oregon Av. Over the years this franchise has consistently provided me with fresh fruit offerings for any occasion that I have needed. I went to the Front St today looking for a couple of fruit trays. Since none were ready and I had time to spare, I waited for them to make me a Summer Fruit tray. When they were finished the friendly staff allowed me to see it to assure it was fresh before wrapping it to go. It was an amazing looking tray! I have no idea why so many negative reviews. Seems like most people are just plain in a rush because they don't plan ahead or don't want to wait. That's not a business issue. It's a consumer issue. I'm sure these same ignorant consumers don't harass their local Post Office or Amazon with the same energy they give this company about availability or delivery. They did have plenty of selections available. I needed 2 trays and waited. This location is top notch and if you're not in a hurry or better yet order in advance you can get just an amazing looking product as I did. Kudos Edibles Front Street. I appreciate all you do. And thank you for my short notice request. Lol... I'll be sure to order in advance in the future."

"I place an order on Monday afternoon for next day delivery. Well the order didn't get there until after the person who was to receive it was gone for the day. Customer service was very friendly and helpful just the delivery time sucked. Also the size, the fruit was no bigger than a cup of fruit. I was looking for it to be bigger in size. It came with a teddy bear and ballon which was bigger than the fruit. Most likely will Not order from this company again. Signed, disappointed"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!! EXPECT NOTHING BUT THE WORST Placed an order on the morning (10am) of valentines day for same-day shipping. Was given an update via track order that the order was out for delivery at 3pm. I, nor the recipient received a single phone call letting us know that the order will NOT be delivered on time let alone that day. Go ahead, try to cancel the order. Nobody will respond back to you. Try to call the store, nobody will answer. Trust me I tried over 15 times and stayed on hold for over 25 minutes just to see how ridiculous this place of "business" is. PATHETIC. Left a google review at the location I originally placed the order with because of course, nobody updated me to let me know the Lancaster Ave location is pick-up only and they transferred my order to this store without my knowledge. Well low and behold, they had the time of day to respond to my google review but NOOOOOONNNNNEEEEEEEE of my service requests or phone calls. All I want is my money back and it seems this business could care less about delivering on their services they quote on quote "provide" and care more about keeping my money for as long as possible."

"One of the worse experience I ever dealt with in the service industry. I ordered some chocolate covered strawberry and flowers on Mother’s Day. They made a mistake and continued to have my order in transit without the flowers. They did not give me an opportunity to either cancel my whole order or substitute something else for the missing flower. I was just told I am being given a partial refund for the missing flower from my order. On top of that, my order was never delivered on Mother’s Day. I did not get an order confirmation / tracking number until the following morning. I called them and told them what was going on and that I just wanted a refund. The worker told me it was delivered 7pm on mother’s day. I have a ring camera and they never rang my doorbell or made any delivery to my porch. The worker just insist me in getting footage on “the worker not making the delivery” and I just told her that’s not how a ring camera works. The worker and manager of this FRONT STREET EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT IN PHILADELPHIA is the worst, they did not want to make things right by me. I am utterly disgusted by how they treat and talk to their customers. I can tell why they got so many negative feedbacks on their page. These guys are the main reason why I will always do a business review check before I ever decide to do business with any establishments now. AVOID THIS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT LOCATIONS AT ALL COST!!! make sure to check reviews before going to certain locations."
