"Would not even leave a star if it were possible. Never received my flowers and was called three different times the next day to confirm that they were not received. Was told that they would be delivered the next day and they never were. Horrible customer service and would not recommend."

"The first picture was what I ordered, what I wanted and what I expected. I can not say they exceeded my expectations and my needs. I requested 2 white ribbons that I paid additional for, each with a message. 1 to read Beloved Brother and the other to read Beloved Uncle. After so many attempts of dictating what I wanted the message card to read with a customer service agent and trusting that they got it right-they failed. The basket arrangement was delivered way beyond the delivery time requested. At approximately 9:15 am I called, they contacted the deliver person, the delivery person stated they were in the area and just a few minutes away. At 11:00 the delivery still had not arrived. This was a sympathy arrangement basket. They failed me every way possible. Look for yourself at both pictures. I understand sometimes flowers need to be subbed, and I’m okay with that. What I am not okay with is with how they handled my order all together and the delivery. No communication at all, it was I whom had to follow up-no one reached out when they said they would. They kepted cleaning it up with a credit. It wasn’t about the credit to me, it was about customer service and giving the best service, going above and beyond for the customer. Again, this was a sympathy arrangement basket, I was already grieving for my loss and what they did was add more grief to my grief. This was supposed to be perfect for my loved one. Take a look closely at the message on the ribbon. Not only was it blue when I requested and paid extra for white ribbons but it seems like the message was written with a marker-very sloppy and unprofessional, no compassion for the occasion whatsoever. First and last time customer. Never again will I ever place an order here or recommend AVAS. Sonia Agosto"

"This shop has a solid selection of flowers and pricing is reasonable; however, flower quality is a mixed bag. The white lilies and blue hydrangeas allotted to my bouquet were clearly on their last leg, and keeled over the very next day."
