"Lady in charge provided Bad Customer Service. Most of my shirts were not properly dried and left a bad odor after the dry clean. I took it back to for taking care of it, they had refused that there were any smell and the lady did not admit to offer a refund or dry clean it again without a charge. I had leave that place respectfully since there is no point. Spend more than $50 on the dry clean, a shame and waste of money."

If you're so good then why do your reviews stink on Google and Consumer Check, Facebook and Yelp??? 3.5 on Google, 1 on Facebook, and like nothing on Yelp for positive reviews. Too many options within the area to go here and if you don't believe me check the internet. The counter girl is VERY nice but the place is too expensive ESPECIALLY for tailoring!!! And to respond to the owner, I see you have some negative reviews about your attitude and your response shows it. You are NOT competitive you're just flashier, And for Pete's sake make an environment that's more comfortable for your employees. It looks like a dang sweat shop when you walk in, goodness. "We have been provided the absolute most disgusting customer service by the owner. We brought in 22 pieces of shirt to be pressed and when we went to pick up our order the following day we were told there is a batch of 4 shirts where 3 are ready but one of them is still air drying as that shirt require air dry. We chose to pick up all four together the following day. Two days later we went back and we’re told the order is not ready the one shirt is being worked on. I mentioned what we were told two days ago and the person tells me let me check. Comes back and says the shirt just came out the wash please give us five mine we will press it. I mentioned about being told it needed air dried but let them carry on. I was handed my cloths without any word and a yellow tag that said sorry and some fine orints. I happened to read the fine print and inspect the shirt about the stain and called my husband immediately as I did not recall him ever wearing that shirt or it having a stain. It was a new shirt!!! He confirmed so I go back and tell the staff and mention how they didn’t have the audacity to tell Me what was going on and the same shirt has a broken button which was not the case when we brought the shirt in. They said they will take the shirt back and remove the stain. We received a text message saying our order was ready and go in and are told still not ready. The owner will be in tomorrow between 8-noon if you would like to speak to him. Today, I go back in and the shirt is still in same condition and I am told there is someone coming to test the machine to see what the issue is and what can have caused the stain. I request that I be giving a call when it’s done and then ultimately decided that instead I would like to receive the refund form as I have no hope and this is the fourth time I’ve being told something different. The staff proceeds to go back to owner (which they do every communication we have with them) and comes back and says he would like to ensure this is our issue before that. I said well the stain wasn’t there when we brought it in so doesn’t matter the issue at this time I would like to speak to him. She proceeds to go back and says his on a break so can’t come out. I ask “are you serious”, the owner can’t come out a break for a customer who has been here four times for an issue that was caused on your end? He proceeds to go back there and comes back with, he will call me once the expert comes and tests the machine out. I said to her yesterday we are told the owner will be here 8-12 and now at 11:50 you are telling me the owner cannot come out and speak to a customer because his ona. Break for the next 15 minutes and is expecting me to wait? It is BEYOND acceptable for an owner to give that sort of a service to any customer of their let alone someone’s cloths that were damaged in your store!!!! I told her I would be taking this issue to corporate and she said sorry he wants to be sure it’s our issue! I walked out the store awaiting for the owner to call me which I suspect will not happen and it will be a staff if any! Sure enough.. no calls! We called back and the owner claimed it was a “food stain”! On a brand new shirt we brought and took to press before wearing! Ridiculous.. save your money and cloths. Find a different location that will appreciates the customer and their business as well as the belonging! I already submitted a feedback before writing this review on the corporate side and HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP!"
