"New owners and they are terrible! Don't even have a seamstress! I took an order here on a Monday and needed it the end of the next week. They advised they'd call me if there was any issue. Then on the due date when I go to pick up the order they inform me that they don't even have a seamstress bc she quit however never bothered to call me or let me know they would be able to complete the simple hem job I dropped off. On top of that when I finally broke down and just asked for the item back it had just been sitting balled up in a pile ---all wrinkly!"

"My best friend & I dropped our bridesmaids dresses off to be hemmed on 6/10/2023. We informed the gentleman employee that the wedding is 6/24/2023, so we would need the dresses by 6/23/2023 to which the gentleman said it should be no problem as the seamstress usually takes clothes home with her on Thursdays so she can finish in her spare time. We have been calling the cleaners since Monday to get an update and finally got through to someone today as they haven’t been answering. The gentleman employee said the dresses would definitely be ready by Monday, knowing that we already said we needed them by Friday. He said that our best bet is to find somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they are clearly taking on too much than they can handle. I’ve already called a few places that said it doesn’t take two weeks for a hem and to drop it off to be ready by Friday. Stay away from this place, nothing but bad business!"
