"Worst dry cleaners, they charged me close to 10$ for a women’s suit jacket and an old stain on the collar did not even come off. I felt like the jacket was just ironed/ steamed and given back to me."
"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I SHOWED UP RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THE DOOR WAS ALREADY LOCKED BEFORE 6 P.M. I KNOCKED ON THE DOOR TO GET THE GENTLEMANS ATTENTION WHO WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT AND HE IGNORED ME, I POINTED TO MY CLOCK TO SHOW HIM THAT IT WASN'T 6 P.M. YET AND HE CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME, so I started to take pictures of the outside establishment and a picture of the schedule so that I could post this online. When I got into my vehicle he started shouting Ma'am you can come in! At that point I told him he closed waaay before 6 p.m and he continued arguing with me. I told him he was not kind and didn't care about receiving business from the local customers and drove off. Avoid this place if you can, I can't imagine how many item's of clothing they have ruined just from being rude to customers."
"I was at the UPS store nearby and needed a small drapery job done . It appeared that as soon as I walked into this facility the attitude of the owner changed . I got to the working area and asked if they could help with my drapes and before I finished telling them what I'd like he communicated a hostile no. Other than using a cane for a healing broken leg, I think I was very presentable . Don't know why he was in such a a mood . Very unprofessional . At any rate, he lost our on the drapes, fixing and dry cleaning, and will never see my considerable business ever again !"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is rude and became irate and I had to tell him not to raise his voice to me when I tried to explain that the alterations were not done correctly on my dresses. The alterations were sloppy and uneven, very unprofessional. The dresses were never worn and still have the tags on. Very unprofessional behavior, do not use!!"
"Posting on behalf of Mr. Davis: I don't usually post these kind of post, but this one has been on my mind for two weeks. I am in need of a good cleaners that respects it's customers! After the incident that I had with the owner of Betty Brite Cleaners in the Glendale shopping center in Ewing, N.J. They damage buttons on a few dress shirts of mine with the cuff press that they use. I brought it to the owner 's attention and he asked me to bring the shirts in for him to see. The next week, I did just that. He said that they would change the buttons to reguular white ones. I explained that it would change the look of the shirt. I asked if he could sew on one the spare buttons that was on the inside of the shirt. He then turned his head and took back the receipts for the shirts and pushed the shirts towards me as to say take your shirts and your business elsewhere. I was heated to say the least. I yelled, " I am not liking your attitude and you are being very disrespectful" yes I was on 100. When I tried to explain how the white buttons wouldn't work, he turned his head. Just disrespectful. I will no longer support a business that doesn't respect it's customers. Thus, I need a new cleaners."
