"I’ve been a customer of theirs for over a year. I’ve never had a problem until the last two services. I had one of my bigger blankets washed a week ago and it came back smelling the same and feeling the same. I have an infant and she had spit up on it. It came back smelling the same and still feeling gross. I let it go and went back this week with mine and my children’s clothing. It came back the same, smelling like they were not washed. Completely disgusting!! And I had a BRAND NEW bottle of laundry detergent and it came back with a quarter bottle left!! They refused to refund even half and refused to rewatch the clothes. They were very rude about it and walked away and continued to fold other people’s clothes and talking aggressively in another language. I will not be going back and I advise you to be careful. It starts out as great service than they get busy and neglect to do their job properly"
"I hate to write this review because I always use this Super clean laundry mat but it’s just a warning that I felt was needed. I took my brand new (never worn) white sneakers here tonight. I wash in hot water and used powdered detergent. I did NOT dry them in a dryer. My brand new sneakers that I just brought, one burned and the other shaved! Idk how this happened inside the washing machine but I’m furious!!!!! Be careful!!!!!"
"Fast and efficient place to do laundry. Everything you need is there for you and not normally too crowded. Staff could assist more with machine functions but overall great place to clean your clothes."
"It's very busy but they have a reloadable card to do your laundry there. They also have a fold n wash service if you don't have time to do your own laundry. There is also additional parking in the back of the building. I love not having to get quarters to wash my clothes they have a debit/credit and a money machine to put money onto the reloadable card"
