"I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this place, I dropped off my husband‘s dress pants and suit jacket, I didn’t look at the ticket until I got home and saw that it was $48. I immediately called the store and told them that I was coming back to pick up my items because I was not gonna pay $48 for two pieces of clothing. She was rude and nasty and told me “you have 15 minutes to come pick it back up “. Which, after reading all these reviews, I’m really not surprised, I don’t know how the place is still open and in business. Terrible people never go back there ever again, do not recommend!"

"Never again! Charged me $95 and ruined this Mackage coat, then refused to give a refund after we looked at the damage together. I did not expect a professional dry cleaner to do this to a $1,300 coat!"

"I brought 4 dresses to them to be hemmed. I even took them up and pinned them. I got them back not checking until I was ready to wear them trusting they were done. I paid them 150.00 and it turns out they never even touched them! Not one dress was hemmed! I was robbed of my money with no service. DO NOT GO THERE!"

"Took my daughters’ christening outfit and communion dress to be cleaned and preserved. Charged over $250 which is insane. Then we get both dresses back in one box. When we questioned why is was done this way she tried to blame us and insisted that I requested it be done like this. However, my husband dropped off the dresses not me. (Nice try). Now when we want to use one dress in the future we have to unseal the box and the other dress will need to be re-preserved. She wanted to charge me an extra $75 to fix it. Their prices have sky rocketed and the customer service declined. Been going there for 14 years. Will not be back."
