"STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT HIRE!! If there was a way for me to rate this company with a Zero I would. Well Duct came to my home for a service call to clean out my vents/ducts and furnace in my home that cost me $520. My A/C was working properly in my home until the guys finished the job. I noticed the temperature in my home became very warm. Also, the vents were no longer pushing air at a high speed like they normally would. This prompted me to check my furnace only to discover water leaking from the furnace, water on the basement floor, hose hanging, and all the cool air blowing into my basement rather than upstairs in the home. I called them immediately and sent them pictures and no one responded. Today I called this morning and Nick(owner) came out to look at the furnace. He lied and said my unit has a coolant refrigeration issue and it wasn't caused by his team. I explained to him the system was working properly until the guy touched my furnace. Nick was unapologetic, unprofessional and rude. He simply walked out the door as to say "Oh well its not my problem." I launched a complaint with BBB on this company. They didn't have a problem with taking my money but denying the fact that they damaged my A/C unit. I still don't have cool air and it is a heat wave in NJ this week!! Please see pictures attached!! Update 10/27/2020 on BBB complaint: This company never responded to the BBB complaint or contacted me as to date to rectify this matter. Any professional business owner would make an attempt to resolve a matter caused by their technicians. As a result, I had to replace my entire system which costs $12K because of their incompetence. Please consider using another company!"
