"The Wash and Fold Service is excellent. Everyone is so helpful and nice. And they do a really nice job. Sometimes I bring in wet clothes which is a big no no but they've always accommodated me. And when my temporarily disabled boyfriend has picked up my laundry they've always gone out of their way to help him out to the car. Overall, They've been very kind to me."

"I think people underestimate how difficult it is to work at a laundromat because they base their perception on doing their own clean laundry so how hard can it be? Well these wonderful people have to balance doing others laundry (there are gloves for a reason!), customers with zero patience who try to cut in front of people who have been waiting, overloading/oversoaping and insisting it's not their fault. ZERO air conditioning last summer!!! I've been using this laundromat for many years and the new owner had big shoes to fill when Mary sold it. (They were wonderful!) I'm here almost exclusively on weekends. Sunday's are insanely busy and often a wait for the second largest and most popular machines. Yvette and Carol (?-taller, dark hair) are a pleasure to have around. I wouldn't be surprised if someone tries to poach them for another business because their personality and work ethic would be a boon to any employer. They are very approachable for assistance (someone abandoned their wash and people are waiting), what size washer, how much soap for this washer etc. Their calmness helps create a peaceful atmosphere. I cannot underestimate how important this is whether it's busy or not. Occasionally a hot head comes in or someone abandoned their laundry and they haven't had time to clear the washer and now the carts are all full with that persons laundry and of course it's busy. A snippy employee only aggravates things and creates a potentially unsafe situation. In this day and age it makes everyone there instantly nervous and uncomfortable. So huge shout out to them. And last summer when the A/C was out and you were instant flop sweat dripping when trying to handle your CLEAN laundry. Man, I hope all the employees got bonuses for that. These two are the Mary Poppins of this laundromat. I haven't been around much when Naomi is there but I've heard very nice things from other customers too. I can't help but notice that the machine doors are no longer warm when you run the washers on hot and are as cold as the cold water wash. I do wish washers had an extra rinse. I try to get my wash done while it's attended as it's sometimes hard to tell if the prior user over soaped the machine if they used liquid."

They put so much effort into keeping the facility clean, even though it seems like they’re always busy. being a local business owner, it’s nice to see that there’s so much general kindness,and such great work ethics."
