"Have been using these folks for 12 years, brought in some dry cleaning promised first thing went by at noon said not ready come back at 5:30 clothes still not ready told me come back, went back in still not ready told them just give me everything I’ll finish the things that where not done and I would only pay for the things that were complete owner proceeded to curse me out in his native language and threatened me with physical violence. He also threatened to call police when I explained their refusal to give me my property is theft as I was willing to pay he backed down. Still would not give me my clothes and had to continue waiting. Everyone is using the pandemic as an excuse but the business is run by a husband and wife."
