"We asked for a move in deep clean. Danielle showed up right on time and worked really hard to clean our space. She asked questions to make sure she was providing us with good service and pointed things out to us for future reference. The woman who was supposed to work with her called out sick (totally fine and understandable) and Platinum was able to send someone else out very quickly. The reason I’m giving four stars is because the second woman seemed annoyed that she had to be there and audibly complained. She also cleaned our windows but left them very streaky. That being said I would definitely hire Platinum again in the future."

"Scheduled a deep cleaning for our home. My husband and I had several surgeries and a lot of health problems the past few years. Our home was not cleaned very well due to this. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and to our convenience. Amy and Star arrived promptly at8am. They did a wonderful professional job. Our entire home is sparkling clean. And I was so impressed that a manager,Kim came to do a walk through to make sure everything was as we requested and that we were pleased with the wonderful work they did .
