"I put my minks clothe there over two weeks they did not went to storage place without contact me . These two weeks temperature were over 90 degree very hot . They ate very rude to return my mink clothes. Attitude for customer are horrible. Communication are terrible . I have living in 0.5 mile away from his store Sam and his wife treated me rudely and horrible unprofessional behavior . Rather than given Clearning explanation just simply rudely return my minks ."

Today I picked up 3 pcs of clothes, one of those have an unexpected holes and all of them were hooked by safety pins, in two of the item it didn't matter but the third was silk and the damage is noticeable. If you love your clothes stay away from this place. The actually rate should be 0 star."
