"It is extremely unprofessional to say you can do something when clearly you're incapable of doing so. Whoever sews patches on jackets should not have a job. Two attempts and they still gave my husband the jacket back with the varsity letter completely crooked and off-centered. While, I am thankful that we were refunded our money, it's just setting us back another week of getting this jacket back to my son away at school."
