I asked the group for realtor recommendations because I was ready to buy a house. Without research or hesitation, I picked a realtor that was popular. Popular meaning everyone wanted to be her friend but never used her as a realtor. My home buying experience was awful. I regretted it. I hated everything. I never wanted to buy again, thats how traumatic it was.Stacy was not my realtor for this transaction. Well lol, because I learned my lesson, I met with and spoke to a couple realtors when I was ready to sell my house. When my husband and I met Stacy for the first time, I fell in love. I wanted to sell my house fast because I was leaving the country and I waited until last minute to get my ish together (remember I had buyer trauma). When I tell you, she had my house listed Friday night and we accepted an offer over asking price Monday or Tuesday, I mean, she's good. She listed the house and made sure everyone knew it was for sale. Not just one listing and done. She does the whole works. Plus professional photography and video. I could go on and on about how great of a realtor she was/is to us. She opened my eyes and made me realize that buying another home is possible and is something I plan on doing again. And if I'm ever back in GA, she is the realtor I want on my side, everything. I literally cannot say enough good things about her because of how amazing she made the whole process.
