"Our stay was amazing. The front desk both evening and day shift were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we slept great. Yes the pool is closed due to unforeseen circumstances but not the hotels fault. The cookies and popcorn were awesome and a big help for our family. It was affordable and the pet fee was a great price. Breakfast was great we got it first thing in morning and it was fresh. I am glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews on here because our stay was great and we felt safe. Thank you so much."
"The treatment me and my dog received is criminal. My chichuchua 4.8lbs is 16.5 years old and now on heart medication. He has to eat before his medication. I felt the $35 a day charge was high. I was staying 2 and possibly 3 days. That's $105 extra for a pad trained tiny dog. It dawned on me 14 years ago he was my service dog. Modern medication and his age he's not had to wake me up to breath so it slipped my mind. Going through my wallet I found his service card. I took it to the front desk in hope of having the pet charge refunded. I was told by the manager to leave the motel. It's 9am chichi hasn't eaten or had his medication. I pack us up and leave. After 4 other hotels I found the 5th at the Hampton Inn and was welcomed, given an early checkin so chichi could eat and get his medication. They were and are a blessing and definitely pet friendly. What a stressful ordeal I was in tears. I do not recommend comfort suits at all. Definitely not pet friendly!!!"
"This is a very clean place that appears to have been updated in public areas. (Some of the wooden furniture in guest rooms shows wear, but the room was very clean.) The receptionist was pleasant and efficient and accommodated my room request and answered all questions. They provide popcorn, cookies and nachos with queso for late afternoon snacks. There is beverage and snack vending in the lobby that can be charged to your room or paid for. It is a little tricky finding the hotel as it's behind another one and not visible from the main road. I knew this in advance from friends who stayed here, so I studied the area map which helped me."
"It's alright.... You do get what you pay for! The unexpected dynamic was when I was in the room, and they had a dehumidifier in there due to the high humidity present in the hotel.... I eventually had to cut it off during the night because it would keep turning on automatically about every few minutes. Secondly: They need to replace the door anchors and some of the railings, as they had noticeable rust on them, which made me think twice about putting a towel or wash cloth on them. Thirdly: When using the desk, there was some kind of film on it, so I literally covered the desk top with a towel in order to work on it. It may have been something as harmless as wood cleaner, but that will need to be wiped clean before anyone actually uses a room. Carpet will need to be replaced (as well as many hotels of this caliber), as well as the sofa, as they showed their years of wear and tear. Aside from those issues, the service was top notch, and the breakfast was good! The guy at the front desk was very professional and courteous. The picture of the room itself was after I used it, and was about to leave, so that is not a reflection of the housekeeping at all, as they had it arranged neatly when I came in. Honestly, going forward, unless it is absolutely necessary, I'll have no need to come back again until these issues are resolved."
"Very pleasant staff! Love the evening cookies—so happy not chocolate chip! Room spacious & clean. Finally a room with quiet AC/heat! Wonderful to have 5 AM breakfast! We travel early so it worked perfectly—and smiles and pleasant “good morning” even at that hour! We would recommend and would stay here again."
