"The older Mr Cannon does not stand behind his services. After finding three of my five curtains unrepairable due to their services, he tried telling me to 1. take them back to the store I purchased them (was purchased 4-6 months ago), 2. it was due to the pieces being washed (never were washed), 3. that the problem was the way it was made (tag stated they could be pressed), then offering to pay me for them. Sir, if you cannot stand behind your work, I do not want your money."

"I did ask for wet heavy starch on my jeans and didn't quit meet expectations. Also one pair of my Wranglers have a burn or stain at the crease line that I didn't see until I decided to wear them a few weeks later. Check your items before you leave!!!"

"I dropped off my fabric couch covers and which were covered in dirt and grime. Within 2 weeks, Cannon’s cleaners returned my couch covers in near new condition! The price was very reasonable and they really made sure that the material was safe for dry cleaning. I will be using Cannon’s cleaners for all my needs moving forward."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They ruined a Tommy Hilfiger queen size comforter. It completely shrunk, I moved out of state and let them know, they said they had to see it in person but that they do their laundry according to their tag. They obviously didn’t do it. I said I could sent pictures and they said no, so they want me to fly from Michigan to Georgia to show them. OKAY. Horrible and rude staff Kept saying I signed for it and that they were not gonna take responsibility. I know they are gonna reply something out of context here, so just save it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you like your preserve your stuff."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I would NOT recommend this dry cleaner at all. We took our couch slip covers to be cleaned. It was a two week turn around time for 3 couch cushion covers. After getting them back home there are even MORE stains on the cushions then before we took them. Who would seriously hang these up on the hangers with noticeable stains all over them and think it was okay? And YES they can be cleaned. We've had this couch 3 years and our past dry cleaners get any stains out with no problem. Very dissatisfied waiting two week to have our cushions cleaned to get them back dirty. What a waste of time and money. We will not be back."
