"I've never been there in the afternoon or evening but if you go on a weekend plan to get there early as they tend to get busy rather quickly ! The staff are helpful but keep in mind they get busy sometimes too ! Especially if a lot of people are using their drop off service that day so don't expect them to just sit behind the counter all day waiting to answer a bunch of questions and hold your hand. It IS a laundromat so it's not rocket science. Gold coins for washers and quarters for dryers. A little common sense will take you a long way. Get in and get out is the name of the game !!! Keep it moving and you'll be fine !! They have soap and dryer sheets but it's a lot cheaper to come prepared !"

"Man where do I begin, smh....this laundry mat doesn't have change on hand, plus the attendant has thee nastiest attitude ever. Not the older lady but the younger one. Very nasty when I was simply asking her about the broken change dispenser. When I asked the attendant she said they never leave her with money,smh. So I don't know if it's a burglary hazard or what but that's definitely an inconvenience to customers. I had an air BNB in town visiting, but it didn't have a washer or dryer so I decided to come here on a weekend to wash clothes. I literally ended up with 20 dollars worth of quarters and only needed 5 dollars worth at the most, smh. If you do go here, you better have your change ready."

"Dirty and smells. All of the large dryers are out of order, as well as several of the regular ones. Quite a few washers out of order and they only take the gold dollar coins. Also only had about 3 carts for laundry. Very frustrating"

"The Machines that aren't down work great. It was clean. I would go their again. I went their again. Most of the machines were fixed . And had a good visit. I even had a talk with a Christian man fixing a claw machine. That was in the laundry mat. God bless you all."

"Called ahead to check on hours and availability. Arrived at 8:05pm. No one mentioned that more than 1/2 of the washers were broken, and the rest were full. (All the ones with paper on them are broken.) Many dryers are also broken, or have melted stuff on the inside. Then, I was told I could start laundry when they emptied, but if I had to wait for a dryer, I would have to take them home wet and come back in the morning to dry. Place is not clean, and in disrepair. Don’t waste the trip. Go 10 minutes further to Sweat’s Laundry in Blackshear. (A customer at Laundry Depot told me about it.)"
