"Shana is a godsend!! She dressed me for 2 events back-to-back: the 1865 Gala & the Miss Renaissance Pageant at which I was the MC. I had no idea what I was going to wear to either event! I told her my size, and she pulled a few pieces for me to try on. I fell in love with a wine colored, curve loving, spaghetti strap gown for the gala that STILL has people talking weeks later! For the pageant, she pulled a red one-shoulder romper, and my inner Sasha Fierce was ready to play! Working with Shana has really helped me get grounded in my feminine energy and increase my confidence! "Shana did a phenomenal job on my work uniforms. I was a little concerned about her matching the color thread for my uniform shirts when she converted them to short sleeve, she matched them perfectly. And her prices were very inexpensive."

"Unforutnely my experience with Shana the owner wasn't very pleasant. She agreed to do two custom pieces as she is not a professional in custom designs as she states otherwise on her websites. She met with me for a month on a design I created. I purchased my jackets and she purchased the buttons for it. She did the front of my jacket as expected but decided to do her own design of the back of it. It was terrible, too big, and she added cheap beads to make it look expensive (which it made it look worse) and there was nothing she could do nor did she want to. She had my jackets for two weeks and did a rush job the back of the jackets COMPLETELY WRONG and thought it would be okay. She complained that it sent her on a wild goose chase but why would it send on a wild goose chase if you were working on it for multiple days( she said she was working on it for multiple days)? I had my assistant provider with multiple ideas in detail as did I the same to keep us on the same page and she completely dismissed them. She had poor communication through out the process and left me extremely, disappointed and concerned for the next jackets I asked her to do. After careful consideration, I decided not to work with her on the other to jackets. She has decided not to respond or give my jackets back after spent my money on purchasing the items. What makes this more disappointing is that she's a black owned business. Hopefully other people that use her services only use her for alterations as customization is not her niche."
