"We tow our F150 behind our motorhome. It gets dirty due to road conditions. All I wanted was to get a quick wash to remove the road grime. I wound up having to use a rag and polish to clean what it missed. The towel cart at the facility is not where I think it belongs. There were 2 or 3 carts, but they near the rear of the vehicle when in the cleaning bay. I did not see them until we had already pulled out, and by then, another car had already entered the stall to vacuum and clean. There were water streaks and dirt all over the grill, around the fenders, and the tailgate had to be completely cleaned. I'm not going back to this one. And the reason I am posting this is so the next time we pass through, it will show I was there and did not like it, so I will remember not to go back. The 3 guys that took care of us where awesome. The cleaning was not awesome."
"This place is really nice. I'm not sure if it's because it's new or really is great. The vacuums are so strong it could almost suck the paint off your car. I had a little issue and spoke to the manager and he was super helpful. I bought an unlimited membership because the car wash really does a great job. And unlike the other car washes in town, this "top tier" wash really does more than the standard wash."

"This was a very nice car wash with all amenities of vacuums, towels, cleaners and air to finish off your vehicle. The people working were nice and professional. The overhead covered detail areas make it nice out of direct sun. I have a light duty 2500 truck and the only complaint is that it seemed to miss cleaning areas along the side of the vehicle. The tire shine was very spotty. Maybe comments will prompt to make future adjustments to increase end results. Overall I do like the car wash and I hope they can make the adjustments. Thank you"
