The plumber and his assistant were both very polite, explained the issue and estimate of cost. They knocked the job out fast and charged me for way less than the estimate. "Alec was the technician that came to repair our leaking kitchen sink at our family vacation home. He replaced the basket strainers(with two different kinds because that was all he had on the truck and the shop was 30 minutes away) and all plumbing under the sink. As he was working, I asked about a whole house water filter which he said they do install. He did a free water test to help determine what type of system we would need. We found out we have a higher iron content along with bacteria in the water due to no chlorine. He showed me which water system we would need and gave me an estimate. Later that day after Alec had left, I called the office back and explained that I couldn’t live with two different types of basket strainers in our newer sink and Hayden put me back on the schedule for the next day without any issues. The next day Alec changed out one of the basket strainers in a just a few minutes. He was very kind and understanding.
