I popped in to pay and it was great to see my friend. Kim introduced me to her boss. He was friendly. He took the time to say, hello. Wow. Unheard of these days."

"Everyone was so sweet and kind! If you want sweet sweet people.. working with you. These are you people. I had a lot of work that needed to be done: lights, fire alarm installation, Ring camera installation, garage power not working, and I wanted them to check two outlets. They weren’t able to install anything (at no fault of anyone’s but my own) except a new outlet for the garage, a new outlet in the masters bedroom and Ring Camera installation. Two hours came up to 300 dollars. Plus materials made my total bill about 375.00. I’d recommend to others! But not certain I would use them again. They were so kind though. "Made an appointment with via the phone spoke directly with him approximately one week ago, his response at the time of our conversation was the following, some time between now and the 21, possibly sooner but definitely you have an appointment on the 21, please have all lighting and everything else you need done at the home for us to do when we arrive. well guess what? I never got a call and he never showed up. So my only thought of this company is as follows, Unprofessional, disrespectful and created more stress for me and my family because we depended on him showing up. As a previous business owner for 40 years there is no excuse for what has taken place and the situation he left me and my family in."

Jerry and his entire team showed up on a Saturday with a 2 days notice and knocked out everything, including fixing so many issues we would have encountered once moving in. Honest, professional, and responsive. Everyone on the team was super helpful and respectful. Do yourself a favor and hire quality to start, I know we will next time!
