"I initially spoke with Mitchell when requesting my septic tank be serviced. He was courteous, accommodating and kind during the call. Due to unforeseen circumstances the day of, Aaron was instead able to fit me into his roster. He was super professional, considerate and just an all around nice guy. And I have to say wow....Aaron got here, took a look around, found the tank straight off, had it dug up and me back there getting edu-ma-cated in no more than twenty minutes. And that includes me jibber jabbering at him. He took the time to explain what I was looking at and the mechanisms behind it, as well as answered just about everything I threw at him. He in fact pointed out a couple of pretty important things I was unaware of. Now here's the gold star. When I went out back, I promise you, if I hadn't known where he had dug two LARGE holes, I'd never have even known he was back there. When I purchased my house a different company had been out to inspect the tank and I had two very obvious dug up sections in the yard that literally took months to fill in. So when I walked out there and saw that, better yet....didn't see that, I was blown away. Aaron couldn't have been nicer or his work ethic any better. He is a true reflection of the standards and expectations placed upon him during his years of service. Not too long after Aaron left, Mitchell called to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Once again, very kind and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. There are a lot of hooligans out there these days and Mitchell and Aaron renewed a bit of my faith in humanity today. Nothing makes me happier than to support local businesses. Even moreso, family operated with a veteran on board. AAA Septic is officially on the Christmas list!! I absolutely recommend them and can't thank Aaron and Mitchell enough. Good price, fast service and stellar customer service."
