"Where do I begin because we had a long but yet successful journey. Dave is an amazing realtor!!!!! I don't think there's enough words to express how much we appreciate him. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He's very knowledgeable and always makes sure you understand everything that's going on throughout the entire process. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Dave is very honest even when at times we may not like the honest truth but it was needed (he doesn't sugar coat anything). Did I mention he's a great negotiator?? We wanted to put in an offer higher than the asking price and he directed us to follow his lead in which our offer was accepted for $3,000.00 below the asking price. Dave always made sure he reminded us of our wants and needs in a home before we put an offer in. This showed us he pays attention to detail. He is very reliable, humble, kind, generous, great motivator, and I mean the list goes on. I can't forget to mention how patient he is. I started this review with a long journey because we met in 2019 and did not get our pre-approval until 2022. Unlike other realtors we met he stood by us despite our credit score and continously kept in touch with us. He connected us to the right people who helped repair our credit. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Dave and glad for the friendship we built. Our journey doesn't end here!!!!
