"I recently had a very negative experience with real estate agents at Weichert Realtors, Rosemary Colamesta and Elyse Greenberg. They engaged in several bad business practices, including increasing the rent and lying about the leasing agreement term. They also pressured me to sign the lease before speaking to my attorney, which is very concerning. Moreover, the brokerage and landlord needed two weeks for religious reasons after I submitted my rental application, but as soon as the two weeks were up, I was given only four days to sign and submit everything. This didn't allow me enough time to review the agreement thoroughly. The leasing agreement itself had several misleading or unclear terms, such as stating that the landlord would pay a nonrefundable fee, but in the additional terms, I had to pay three checks: one for the security deposit, one to the brokerage, and one to the landlord. The checks to the brokerage and the landlord equaled the first month's rent, but the check to the brokerage only covered the nonrefundable fee. Overall, I would not recommend this agent or Weichert Realtors to anyone. It's essential to be mindful of the leasing agreement terms and thoroughly review them before signing any contract. As a customer, it's important to ask questions and seek clarification on any aspects of the agreement that are unclear or confusing."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I recently purchased a home and I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with at Weichert. The “We Do It All, Guaranteed” program made the process so easy. All of the teams - my agent, mortgage advisor, loan officer, title/closing teams, insurance - kept me updated along the way. My agent Veronica Fantozzi was fantastic! Extremely responsive, available for questions, showings, etc. and was a pleasure to work with in finding my new home. David Day was my mortgage advisor with Weichert Financial and again, just phenomenal to work with. The folks in the closing office were so welcoming and helpful. Buying a home can be so stressful, but I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way!"

"My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Aaron and Elyse Greenberg. They represented us as the buyers during the transaction in Cherry Hill. Both were reliable, competent, and thorough. Aaron was our point of contact during the initial showing of the home we found. He knows the area of Cherry Hill well, answered all our questions about the home, and was a major help in assisting us about the home purchasing process. Since we never lived in the suburbs or a township, he was a major help letting us know what to expect. On closing day, the seller left a book shelf that was supposed to be removed. Additionally, a washer that was discarded had left a sizeable pipe leak. The seller did not resolve it nor tell anyone about it. Elyse discovered both issues on the day of our walkthrough. Without hesitating, she got a hold of a local junk removal company, handyman, and plumber to come in and resolve all open issues. She is extremely resourceful and dependable as is Aaron. Everything was thankfully resolved before closing because of Elyse and Aaron’s haste and oversight. They are both good honest people who know the business well. If we decide to sell our homes, I will certainly call them to be our brokers. I urge everyone to work with them whether you are a buyer or a seller. They protect your interests and provide immense assistance during your real estate transaction."

We had the updates from her every week on what’s happening in the market and suggestions on selling from her were very helpful. We were away for business trip and Nina worked with contractors to get the repairs and inspection done to meet the deadline . I would definitely recommend her."
