"FIND A DIFFERENT REAlTOR!!! This place has a MAJOR communication problem. 1st CON- My rental was a mess upon moving in. I asked for the house to be cleaned and was told there was a cleaning company coming to clean. That was a lie, the house was still dirty. 2nd CON- When moving out I was asked to bring A key to this real estate company. Since my wife dropped it off at the wrong century 21, the house was never rented until 6 weeks later. At this point I had bought a house and since I was in agreement with the landlord i would pay the rent until he found a new renter. This lack of communication on Thomas Realtys behalf was the sole purpose of me not getting my security deposit. 3rd- When I left the house I received a text from my landlord, which had been forwarded from Thomas Reality from the new tenants. The letter said that THE HOUSE WAS A MESS and the landlord was giving me a hard time about it. The problem here was that the landlord lived far away and the only info he was receiving was from Thomas Reality. It was overlooked that i had left the house in way better shape than i found it because of Thomas Realitys negligence. It was overlooked that i fixed the toilets and put new flow valves in. It was overlooked that i emptied the garage of years of different tenants junk. It was overlooked that i weeded the weeds in the yard that hadn't been done in years. It was overlooked that the whole house got a fresh coat of paint. It was overlooked that I had to fix the leak in the roof after the professional roofer that came out did not do it properly. The list goes on. Conclusion- The realtor even gave me and my wife a major attitude on the phone. Please AVOID THOMAS REALTY AT ALL COST !!!"
"He told me I was selected to rent half of a house he was renting because of my credentials, employer, and excellent credit. He told me he had a great tenant that worked at my company and gave me his name the first day I saw Charles. It concerned me as a HIPA violation. That individual was not in my company's system. For the rest of the time Charles made me uncomfortable yelling for hours about how he has integrity over and over again and that he would have the previous tenant call me who never called me. Two days later Charles told me that a few people with lower credentials and credit were offering $50/month more than the listed price. I had already cancelled showings and an apartment I would have rented was rented. He also told me that he had not even presented my offer to the owner at that time which was days after I had said I would rent the place. Charles then tells me a few days later that the seller has integrity and is choosing me over the other tenant and not accepting a bidding war from either of us. Charles did not respond for a few days then told me without a reason that the owner just accepted another strong offer. Charles never even opened my encrypted application. I was a bit scared that he would treat me as poorly as a tenant and try to take advantage of me. I also was uncomfortable talking with him because he would always yell at me about a previous tenant that he claimed worked at my company but was not in the system. He was stressing me out, and I have no time for this as a tenant. I wasted my time seeing that place and talking with him when I could have rented a legitimate apartment."
"Chuck did a great job guiding me through so many steps of this process. He understood my life changing situation and went out of his way to eliminate any and all concerns I had. When a problem did arise with the buyer he went in like a bull dog and saved me thousands of out of pocket expense. Which I would have incurred during closing. Awesome / None better Patrick Fry"
"Chuck Thomas exemplifies, by far, the best in the realty business. His professionalism, dedication, integrity, and resolve exceeded expectations when he sold my father’s old home. The home was in need of repairs and refurbishment. Chuck went beyond the call of duty by managing all the work with the various contractors. He handled it all for me. He also supported me when the home was burglarized. Chuck was right there by my side when the police arrived. All the copper pipes were stolen from the basement. As a result, the home required installation of all new plumbing. Chuck ensured that the plumbing work was completed. On a personal note, Chuck cares about the people involved and their circumstances. "He has been my property manager for the last year. I recently renewed my lease because I love my rental, but he sneakily failed to disclose that the heat was now only controlled by my downstairs neighbor. So I am freezing! She has one floor, I have two. Additionally, he had contractors start work on the back yard and roofing. The deck isn’t my issue, because it is in the lease for the downstairs neighbor. But they still are not done and the debris has been there for nearly a month. He is unethical and a charlatan."
