Especially in this crazy market, she helped us find the best offer for our old house (no financing, waived inspections, month-to-month lease while we found our new place/moved), and made sure we jumped right on any new opportunities that were coming to market (like getting in touch with an agent/seller to put offers in before other people had a chance to).
