"Very professional agreement, with proper contract signing however you must pay in full prior to their appointment? My trouble started when they didn't show when I was told to wait for them on appointment day, taking a half a day off from work for that. I had made a phone call to find out why they didn't show and all I could get is a new appointment date and I was very worried I would have to take more time off from work again. I had canceled to get my money back and it was a headache for them to return the money, so I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charges. Zero stars for that one."
