"My fiance Laura and I had the pleasure of meeting Kim at a lake house that she was showing on a small lake in Sussex County in February of 2024. We had been interested in buying a home on this lake for years and were eager to see the property. Kim showed us the home and explained that although it was only on the market for a short while, there was already a lot of interest in it and in fact it had already received at least two offers. We expected that since we had been looking on and of over the years and knew that homes on this lake with excellent locations like this one moved very quickly. After a thorough viewing led by Kim, we decided we wanted to make on offer. Kim managed to convince the seller to wait a fee days for us to put together our best offer before deciding. With a little negotiation, the owner accepted our offer. We were ecstatic and Kim expertly guided us through the process of buying our dream lake home. She handled all the little issues that come up during the whole process from offer to closing and we were set to close within a short while. The day of the closing came and we had a minor problem with a survey not being done. Kim got it taken care of even though it was not her fault at all and we were able to close the next day. A short while after the closing, another issue arose and we needed to get in touch with the sellers about something and had no idea how to reach them. I told Kim and she was able to take care of the problem with the sellers now living in California and resolve everything, even though again it was not her fault at all. We couldn’t be happier with the job Kim did handling the sale. And for her to help out with the issue even after the sale was complete shows how much she cares about the client not just before the sale is closed. We truly believe that Kim can handle any issues that arise during the buying process. We will absolutely use Kim again for any future real estate transactions! And we have and will recommend her to any of our friends who are looking for a new home. She is the best!!"
